Terms of use
These terms govern use of the Blueprint Local Houston pilot. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The publication
Blueprint Local provides event discovery, editorial organization, and links to other services. It is not the organizer, venue, performer, promoter, team, box office, ticket seller, or payment processor for events listed on the site. A listing is informational and is not an endorsement, guarantee, or promise that an event will occur as described.
Event and ticket information
Dates, times, locations, lineups, prices, restrictions, availability, and other details can change or contain errors. Confirm material details with the organizer, venue, or seller before traveling or purchasing. Third-party ticket, registration, and marketplace transactions are governed by that provider's terms, refund policy, privacy policy, and guarantees—not these terms.
Permitted use
You may use the site for personal event discovery and may share links to its public pages. You may not interfere with the service; evade access or security controls; submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material; impersonate another person; use the site to facilitate fraud; or reproduce, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the publication except as permitted by law or written permission.
Submissions
When you submit event facts, descriptions, images, or other material, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide the material for consideration. You give Blueprint a nonexclusive permission to review, format, edit, reproduce, and display the submitted material for the listing and related promotion of that listing. You may identify reasonable credit and usage restrictions with the submission; we may decline material we cannot use on those terms.
Intellectual property and reports
The site's original design, organization, and editorial material belong to Blueprint or its licensors. Event, venue, artist, team, and provider names and marks belong to their respective owners. To report a rights concern, email billy@useblueprint.co with the specific URL, the work or right at issue, your contact information, and the basis for your request.
Availability and responsibility
The pilot may change, pause, remove listings, or discontinue features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided as available and Blueprint is not responsible for third-party services, event changes, purchases made elsewhere, travel decisions, or indirect losses arising from use of the publication. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may revise these terms as the pilot develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to billy@useblueprint.co.
